Highguard Raid Tool - The Hacker Dart Gun

Our 4th raid tool in the lineup. Shoot at doors and windows to hack them, disallowing enemies from using them in their own base. Wanted a bit of a techy slingshot vibe for this, with a small mag lev rail action for the dart propulsion.
